I was stressing about buying a VP for my visit to Disney Sea in October, but now I feel reassured that I can get in with standby or DPA at some point, by just committing and refreshing! 220k yen is just not worth the price for 4 rides, (at least for my stay). Also, seems like it's part of the fun to refresh like you're in a gacha game till you get in!

For solo traveller this sounds extremely tedious. Couldn't book the hotel either because it's always fully booked... Hopefully next year this will be free entry like Harry Potter in USJ

This video was so helpful. I think I’m going to try for the vacation package and minimize the stress but it’s good to know other options are available to try and get in.

I was at Tokyo Disney for 3 days in July, and I only had the vacation package for fantasy springs on the last day. The first day I was surprised though since we did not have early entry, and showed up to the park right when they opened at like 9am, and we were still able to get a time for rapunzel first thing. I wasn't expecting to be able to get in at all until day 3, but we rode rapunzel and peter pan, and ate at arendell and lookout cookout. We saved snugly duckling and the other 2 rides for day 3. So yes you can get into fantasy springs with a regular park ticket

Seems a waste of money to just go to the park get tickets for fantasy springs then leave the park and go back later. Most people are going to spend the whole day in the park. Also DPA does not always sell out right away. Some passes for certain rides don’t sell out till gone 10am and then some pop up during the day.

i would buy the VP cos it's sssssooooo stressful to be doing all the planning and strategizing. Add in 1 or more kiddos and you'll realized that VP is a saver! I would rather save up longer and pay for VP so i can truly enjoy the park. If you have a kid, remember that you're not the only one going through the stress but the little one experience it along with you. Also, if you fail at the end of the day, the disappointment on the face(s) of the little one(s), I just cannot handle it so I would very much prefer to save for longer to get VP.

I was diagnosed in 2021 as well, in my thirties although it was blatantly obvious since childhood but at the time people dismissed it as "smart but lazy". I also live in a country where it's super hard to get stimulants. I am now on the same active ingredient as you, which is the only one legal here as well, plus an antidepressant that is also used offlabel for adhd symptoms (although I feel that one doesn't really help at all when it's on it's own). I am still working with my psychiatrist to find the right dose and timing of the ingredient in concerta and I hope I can find it soon since it has been a gamechanger for me, it has helped me see how time actually feels... I know it's weird but before 2 minutes, 2 hours or 2 weeks could really feel the same to me except for maybe the fact I'd have to sleep. Do you think that at some point you could make a video specifically about what the procedure is like in the airport when travelling with medication or how to find any forms you need to fill out and such? I am planning a trip to Japan with my family, but I intend to stay behind for around a month and I am super nervous about bringing my medication with me since I have a weak passport. Do you really need to carry say your whole months' supply of pills with you everywhere? It sounds even more dangerous than leaving it at home. I'd be afraid to be arrested for trafficking from carrying so much with me. I want to do things right but that regulation especifically sounds a bit nuts.

I'm a new subscriber, so I'm watching all of your old videos lol. I recently got engaged in Japan!! I watched your videos to prepare for a 2 week trip, and during the trip my gf proposed to me on cat island!! She bought a tripod for her phone to take "photos" but was actually filming when she proposed. There were a ton of mosquitos though and she kept hitting them with her paper fan which I thought it was so funny and kept laughing and crying at the same time. She forgot to actually ask the question and instead just shoved the ring on the (wrong) hand, and I forgot to answer until she asked if it was a yes and I said it was a yes. I'm going to propose back to her in a couple months with her own ring, and I'm nervous too!
